"Vigil" is worked in the round, using the stranded knitting technique for the colourwork. This means steeks - but honestly, they're probably the easiest and most risk-free steeks you'll ever do, because the steeks become the fringe! (Meaning also that this'll probably be the quickest fringe you'll ever do.)
